Our Community-Demographic

Demographics are statistics which relate to the population of a specific area. Demographic data helps to break down the population in various ways, including by gender, age, race, religion, and levels of education and is taken into account when important decisions are made.

 We are based in the village of Parson Drove which is deemed an area of deprivation and currently our setting is predominantly White British with no multi language learners attending at present.  Families attend from our village, neighbouring villages and across the border into Lincolnshire. We can have 22 children attend at any one time.

Data for 2022/2023…

• Approximately 48% / 52% between girls and boys.
• 67% of the children attracts a deprivation payment.
• 33% have an active Targeted Support Plan.
• 12% of children are made up of current and Former 2’s.
• 14% of children have had or currently have a EHA.
• 2% of the group are from Travelling families.
• 28.5% of the group have SEN/D, of which 83% have speech & language concerns.
• 8% have an EHCP
• 9.5% receive EYPP funding.
• 9.5% are Funded 2’s.
• 24% are Former Funded 2’s.
• 38% are from disadvantaged circumstances.
• We currently have 0% CYP (Care experienced Young People)
• We currently have one child who attends another group.
• We currently have 0% MLL children
• 25% of children are from neighbouring villages/county.
