At Parson Drove Pre-school we do not seperate hours where Government funding can be used. We are open term time and parents can use the remainder of their entitlement with any other registered provider. Parents are required to complete a parent declaration form and provide original copies of proof of identity and date of birth for children. (Refer to the Privacy Notice found at the top of this page for more details)

Charges.

We  charge for the following:

• £2.00/meal for hot meals. These do not need to be booked in advance and parents are welcome to send a packed lunch with their child at no cost.
• Breakfast club charge at £2.00/half-hour
• Any additional hours booked over your free entitlement charged at £6.00/hour.

Voluntary charges:

• Snack at 50p/week
• £2.00 annually for suncream
• £1.00/minute late charge

If you are not eligible for funding and would like to attend our pre-school the cost is currently £6.00/hour.

Invoicing and receipts.

At the start of each month each family receive an invoice detailing:

• the number of funded hours used
• the number and cost of any additional hours
• the number and cost of any breakfast club attendance and any late charges
• voluntary costs (snack and sun cream)
• any adjustments carried over from the previous month

Please note that parents can split their entitlement between multiple providers, though no more than two sites in one day.

If parents situation change with regard to work and they cease to meet the eligibility criteria then children will enter the grace period and funding will cease at the end of this period. Parents will be alerted to their continued eligibility through the reconfirmation emails received each quarter from the Government. They should inform the pre-school if this is the case.
